ENIS benefits
The key benefits for an officially appointed ENIS Schools are:
- Be recognized as a front runner among schools, as a centre of innovation and quality on both national and European level
- Exchange experiences, problems and solutions with other ENIS schools
- Set up new collaborative projects with European schools at the same level
- Participate in important educational and technological seminars, conferences and workshops
- o Be invited to participate in the EUN test-bed for projects and processes.
Contribution to schools
Schools receive direct funding from the Italian Ministry of Education for being in ENIS.
Interest in ENIS from existing and potential Business Partners is already considerable and is increasing as schools start to provide Commission-funded projects with real validation services.
In 2004 the commercial potential of the validation model offered by the ValNet project has been explored by EUN Business Partners interested in evaluating hardware, software, systems, services and content.
